We will explore the use of social media to communicate our messages. We have a presence on Twitter and Facebook we are using them to promote events and activities. They have also proved an effective method of dialogue with local residents. We will create new promotional material about the Organisation. As well as using traditional printed media to promote Anglo American, we are about to produced a film, which will be posted on YouTube where it will attract thousands of viewers.

IMPLEMENTATION PLAN
The budget is merely an overall indication of costs estimates for the implementation of the communication strategy. It is not a detailed budget and will suffice to give Anglo America’s management an indication of costs likely to be incurred.
Anglo American platinum is the world's largest and most diversified mining company, with over 100,000 employees on six continents. Their portfolio of high-quality mining assets and resources includes platinum group metals, diamonds phosphates, iron ore and manganese, metallurical and thermal coal, copper and nickel.
We have in place a series of communication campaigns, programs and plans. These communication programs will constant be in functional to achieve the main objectives of this corporate communication strategy. The campaign will be introduced and marketed through various activities and there will be VIPs’ involved for enhancing the campaign and the message
EVALUATION
The monitoring and evaluation of the strategy will be done by the Communication’s portfolio head and communication’s unit reporting to the organisation's CEO.
