What they believe
CON : Even if a prostitute is being tested every week for HIV she will test negative for at least the first 4-6 weeks and possibly the first 12 weeks after been affected and that means that you cold still be affected .
PRO : For HIV/Aids prevention to succeed , the conditions of risk have to change .
The proponents of legalizing , prostitution believe it would reduce crime , improve public health , increase tax revenue , help people out of poverty , get prostitutes off the streets , and allow people make their own choices .
What the opponents believe that if prostitution was legal the sexuality diseases would increase such as Aids and HIV and i will also increase human trafficking and violent crime such as rape and homicide .
Prevalence of Rape
PRO : If prostitution was legalized the rape rate would decrease by roughly 25% of the rape will disappear .
CON : But even if prostitution was legalized , rape cannot be eliminated when its self bought rape . Also rape will still be 75% high and that its bad .
