The resolution is when the help comes and they start the rebuilding phase

The citizens of New Orleans learned that you should never give up no matter how hard it gets or hard t

The story takes place in New Orleans, Louisiana the mood is desperate because they really really need help from the hurricane. this is also the central conflict because the hurricane has devastated New Orleans. Its a external conflict.

1. It started off as a nice day nothing bad was happening everyone was fine and all of sudden the forecast showed that there was a hurricane and everyone panicked.

2. hurricane katrina is coming at super fast speeds and is just about to reach shore in less then ten minutes and everyone panicking 3.the streets are packed with cars no one can move because there are so many cars

4. they start to get with the hurricane and no one can go anywhere because they are stuck on the highway.

Climax

Help begins to come to help get people out of there and start rebuilding right away.

Protagonist and Antagonist

Mayor of New Orleans, he is the protagonist because he is not trying to hurt anyone and he is a dynamic charter because at first he was unaware and wasn't doing much and then he heard a hurricane was coming and he started to panic then the hurricane hit and devastated New Orleans so he had be in a rebuilding phase.

Hurricane Katrina, it is an antagonist because it is causing all of the problems for New Orleans it is a static character and only wants to destroy
