What I Know
We know Blue survives because he runs away with Rexy(The T-Rex from Jurassic Park). Echo got thrown onto a grill that was active at Winstons Steak House and was gruesomely burned to death after getting bitten by the Indominus. Delta was lightly bitten and thrown off screen however, later you can hear a velociraptor bark. In Jurassic Park III Alan Grant hears this sound and says"Their calling for help!" This could mean Delta was calling for help. Charlie is just reaffiliating with Owen when he is hit by a rocket and is blown up. Owen doesn't like this because he said"Don't touch my raptors."
