Nike's Diversity Strategy

1. Focus on the Fundamentals. They aim to cultivate an inclusive culture, and inspiring individuals and teams to find surprising connections and intersections that ultimately fuel business solutions and drive new innovation.

2. Embrace a Culture Remix. Diversity and inclusion are keys to amplifying Nike's creativity and innovation. One way they do this is by creating venues and environments for open dialogue that encourage diverse opinions and a multitude of perspectives.

3.External Exchanges. They seek to find and create unique and surprising combinations, intersections, and connections within NIKE, Inc., and then to share these insights with academia, industry and government.
