- All associates should be hired using Workday Recruiting
- All cafe managers have access to complete recruiting tasks
- Job changes to a position requiring a background check (baker, shift supervisor, catering coordinator, manager, should be completed through Workday recruiting.
- Additional documentation and webinars are available on Harvest.
File Management
Reporting and Analytics
- All new hire paperwork should be completed in Workday within 72 hours of the associate's hire date.
- All terminated associate paper files as well as any active manager files should be sent to the File Management team.
- If an associate is rehired please contact associatefiles@panerabread.com to request the file be sent back to you.
- Patrick writes really great reports.
- He is responsible for reports (unless he delegates it to Tyler)
