Timeline

  • 1st 6 Weeks - Asses the climate
  • 2nd 6 Weeks - Staff Development, parent meeting and implementation in classrooms begin
  • Faculty meetings will occur monthly for lesson ideas
  • Staff reflection meetings will be conducted during monthly department meetings
  • Resurvey staff, parents and students in May
