why did he journey?

because people in Europe wanted to find a new sea route to Asia. the Portuguese people sailed around Asia but that was the long way and Christopher Columbus was determined to find short way.

he was was a king and one of the most powerful rulers in the land of Scotland. Representing one of four political groups in north Britain in the early 8th century.

Where did he journey to?

The good parts of the trip was that obviously he found the Americas and the conditions on the ship were okay. but the bad parts were that sometimes it stormed and the conditions on the ship turned bad.

Christopher Columbus went on four big trips to Spain in 1492, 1495, 1498 and 1502. He tried to find a new sea route through the Atlantic ocean and when he was doing that he accidentally found the Americas.

The journeys of Christopher Columbus were very significant because he discovered a new continent, and new opportunities were developed. Spain expanded with the new findings of the Americas.

He brought food like water, dried fish, salt meat, live pigs and hens that he would kill on board the ship, rice, cheese, and figs. the supplies he brought were guiding instruments, including charts, compasses, magnets, hourglasses, and rulers; and trade items, such as brass rings, knitted caps, gold, silver, pearls, and spices.
