They continue to grow and build one of the world greatest cities.
In 1810, Mexico declared its independence from Spain.
Did you also know? That most Mexicans were catholic and celebrate the holiday of all Saint's Day and all Soul's Day in November.
This city is full of businesses and cultural center .
The eagle on the flag honors the long history of the Aztec.
And Before long a new Mexican holiday formed. It called Dia de los Muertos or Day of the Dead.
The flag colors green, white and red were chosen at independence.
