Gabe is a great example of what Green Empowerment interns carry forward to other organizations after their internship. During his internship for Green Empowerment, Gabe went to Malaysia to create work plans, budgets and reports on current projects. He went on to create a wonderful video documentary of the micro-hydro work in process there.
Gabe was a natural choice for Green Empowerment. He was born and raised in Indonesia. He has a double major in Anthropology and Environmental Science and he brought a wealth of knowledge from his prior research at the Warm Springs Reservation on how mega-hydro dams have affected Native American populations.
