  • O projeto, conforme muitos projetos no Brasil, tem risco de atrasar e isso é erro do gestor de projeto. Na idealização das olimpíadas era essencial a previsão deste risco e dado mais tempo para a execução das obras e outros trabalhos.
  • Algumas obras como o velódromo foram praticamente consideradas inutilizáveis pela comissão olímpica internacional, portanto, será demolida e será construído um novo velódromo. A partir da análise deste fato, chegamos à conclusão da irresponsabilidade dos gestores e dos idealizadores do evento.
