An article about WTO show their continuing support and aid to the production of cotton. Since 2005 cotton producers ,especially in Africa, have been given donations and support to aid in the development of cotton production. Now recipients and donors are increasing the flow of money put into projects to maximize the amount spent in on going activities and assistance projects. Though their is an increase in the money given the amount spent in projects has been decreasing on a small scale. WTO members have decided on making efforts to raise the amount of money spent. But timing, such as when the projects started, when it will end, how much is completed and the time payments are given are a large factor under the use of the money. Meetings have been made to exchange information about the aid for cotton.
The World Trade Organization is supportive of other countries economies and has a great effort to improve the members economies by supporting production. This article is a very good example of the support the WTO members show. Also the WTO has continued assist cotton producers to improve development of their production, giving them them support that is beneficial and helpful to trade with countries around the world.

Run by governments who are members of the organization.It was created in 1995 to inflate the amount of international trade. It handles trade negotiations like lowering tariffs and barriers, Implementation and monitoring trade, settles trade disputes, Builds trade capacity of developing countries. The organization makes sure that trade agreement terms are followed. The agreements the WTO makes are binding and they come to decisions by consensus.
Aircraft Disagreements
The next article, from the New York Times,shows a dispute that the US has been giving Boeing, an aircraft industry, inappropriate subsidies of about 5 billion dollars.This gave them a great advantage against Airbus their European rivals. Through earlier WTO investigation proved that Airbus had an large advance of four decades of unfair subsidies to take the lead as the worlds top jet constructor. The decision came to be that the argument over these subsidies would be settled by trans-Atlantic negotiations.
