Make sure that all ICT communications with pupils, teachers or others is responsible, polite and sensible;
Be responsible for one’s behavior when using the Internet. This includes resources access and the language use;
No food or drink in the library.

ICT Use Policy
Not deliberately browse, download, upload or forward material that could be considered offensive or illegal. If someone accidentally come across any such material he/she will report it immediately to the teacher;
Not give out any personal information such as name, phone number or address. Students will not arrange to meet someone unless this is part of a school project approved by their teacher;
Respect copyright, intellectual property rights, privacy and ownership of others’ work online at all times;

At the beginning of one academic year, prepare textbooks for students in different year, different level and subjects according to the requirements of teachers.
According to the Secondary Textbook Sign-out Schedule, issue the textbooks to all secondary students and teachers for all the subjects and levels, and then follow-up work includes change textbooks for some students who change their subjects, prepare books for new students, after that put the textbooks back to the right place.
At the end of the year, all the textbooks and teacher resources are encouraged to return back to the secondary library on schedule. Handle other follow-up work.
