Magnetism
Earth has a natural magnet called a Lodestone. A Lodestone is most like a bar magnet. The north pole and south pole attract. North and north repel and south and south repel. There are to different kinds of magnets one is a temporary magnet and it keeps its magnetism for a short time. A permanent magnet keeps its magnetism for a long time.
HEAT
Thermal Energy is everything around you made of matter. Matter is invisible particles that always move around . The energy of the particles moving is matter and is called thermal energy. You can feel thermal energy as heat.

Temperature is measured with a thermometer. The normal body temperature for Fahrenheit is 98.6 and is 32 degrease Celsius. The freezing point for Fahrenheit is 32 degrease. The freezing point for Celsius is 0 degrease.The boiling point for Fahrenheit is 212 degrease. The boiling point for Celsius is 100 degrease. Temperature is the measure of how hot or cold something is.
