People may think this Act is unimportant and useless towards the American citizens. However, those people should reconsider. Many don't realize the hardships and pains when the workers work in factories and companies. People should know and understand their problem and how the Wagner Act is helping these poor little people. They should understand what the government is trying to do in order to help the people in need.
- The Wagner Act was made because of unequal distribution of wealth
- Factors that lead to the problem of uneven distribution of wealth is low wages from the bosses, making the workers have little to no money and the failure of government program "trickle-down" economics
- Uneven distribution of wealth happened in both the industry and in agriculture
- The NLRB helps people who are unemployed they supply them with things they need
- Today, it is called the National Labor Relations Act

- The need of the act happened when people needed money to live, and when they work, people were treated unfairly
People in need to a job and money
There will be a time in your life where you will need money and a job. And some will not be able to find a job, that's where the National Labor Relations Act comes in. This program's job is to get people a job and money, and if you are one of those people, you can get a job and money this way. This can help those in need and lead them to a better life then just living on the streets.
- They aim to solve the problem by giving workers basic rights
Basic rights include the right to protest
- This program solved these problems:
* The workers had their wages increased
* The work area is improved
- Because the solution was made, workers
would not need to form unions
- However, sometimes the managers would disagree and
go on strike, and sometimes even set up company unions

- Soon, the NIRA was struck down by the supreme court in May 1935
