How was this task accomplished with automation?
Simple, you just line up and wait until you get to the bank counter and get your money. This may take a long time and the line can grow.
You just put your bank card in the machine, put your pin and you have your money. This will be alot faster instead of lining up in a long line.

What is the social impact?
The social impact is the bank will stop hiring people because no one goes to the counter that much.
The are way too many machines and the banks are not hiring alot of people. So there are less workers and the bank gets more money.

What is the environmental impact?
The environmental impact is there are way too many machines and they use alot of energy.
I like atms because they save more time by letting you get your money yourself and I support this idea
