By:Cade Hodges

An example for motivation would be a

manager telling his employees to stay on task and stay motivated at work.

Motivation explained

Motivation is our internal drive to work and complete tasks. There are theories about human motivation that include drive reduction theory as well as Maslows hierarchy theory. Maslows theory shows all the needs that a human has and which ones are basic must haves and then it goes on to show what we can achieve with accomplishments. Then the drive reduction act talks about how if there is something that you have an issue with you have the drive or motivation to act on it and get something done.
