Why would I submit?
Mission Statment:
Auctus strives to recognize and disseminate the original findings resulting from the University’s undergraduate research endeavors and scholarship throughout the VCU community.
By giving students a public forum for expressing their intellectual pursuits, Auctus promotes increased student engagement in research and scholarship while also fostering a scholarly community of emerging researchers.

The journal is student-run and peer-reviewed and edited with assistance from faculty members

Performance & Visual Arts:
All media, including but not limited to: music compositions, dance performance, documentations, fashion design, sculpture, photography, paintings, prints, illustrations, crafts, graphic arts, film and kinetic imagery
Creative Writing:
Literary fiction, Non-fiction, and poetry
Undergraudates at VCU &
Graduates after 2 years of graduation.
(We also seek for faculty reviewers!)
