Although all of these qualities are very important, I feel that a teacher definitely needs to have respect of the diversity of others and needs to have dedication because, having respect for all students does not matter the race or any disability they may a teacher should treat all students equally. Also, having dedication as a teacher is very important because you should never want to give up on any of the children are teacher and making sure that you are putting forth one hundred percent effort teaching them and making sure they are successful in your class.
