Step 7: Generate a new solution incorporating the feedback you got from your partner.
Your mission: Generate the MOST ideas in 5 minutes. Get them all down. Be just descriptive enough so that you can remember what they were.

Section 6: Briefly walk your partner through your sketches. As your partner reacts capture feedback and changes directly on your sketches. Make modifications as you go!
1. Ask why.
2. Never say “usually” when asking a question.
3. Encourage stories.
4. Look for inconsistencies or unexpected responses.
5. Pay attention to nonverbal cues - body language, emotional responses.
Look closely at the questions on the left:
1. Which question sticks out to you as a particularly good one for empathizing with a user?
2. What makes it a good question?
6. Don’t be afraid of silence.
7. Don’t suggest answers to your questions.
8. Make sure you’re prepared to capture.
