In this scene Barbantio is arguing with Othello. Barbantio does not believe that his daughter, Desdemona, has ran off with Othello by her own will. He Tells Othello...
"Damned as thou art, thou hast enchanted her!" (I.ii.83)
Barbantio believes Othello has put a spell on her or used some kind of magic to make Desdemona fall in love with him. Brabantio sees no other explanation why his daughter would run of with a moor.
Barbantio is telling Othello they know he did something to Desdemona.
"I therefore apprehend and do attach thee]
For an abuser of the world, a practicer
Of arts inhibited and out of warrant.” (I.ii.96-98)
He explains that he must of casted a spell on her to trick Desdemona to love him. They still don't believe that Desdemona could fall in love with a person like him.
In this scene Barbantio is telling Roderigo that he had told him before to stay away from his place.
"My (spirit) and my place have in (them) power
To make this bitter to thee." (I.i.115-116)
Barbantio is telling Roderigo that he has plenty of power to do anything to him if he pleased. .
