3. Extremes: accepting them or becoming scrupulous

how do we fight against it?

2. Prayer, mortification and work

3. Humility (after original sin we are not free of concupiscence)

WHICH IS THE NINTH COMMANDMENT?

You shall not covet your neighbor's wife

In positive

Why is that a sin?

With a pure heart we will love God more and look at the world and at other men and women with Christ's eyes.

Neither shall you covet your neighbor's wife; and you shall not desire your neighbor's house, his field, or his manservant, his ox, or his ass, or anything that is your neighbor's (Deut 5:21)

For from the heart come evil intentions: murder, adultery,

fornication, theft, perjury, slander. (Mt 15: 19)

(Story of David committing adultery with Bathsheba)

Everyone who looks at a woman lustfully has already committed adultery with her in his heart (Mt 5:28)
