Recommendations

  • 140 participants from the past and present years from year 2015 to 2017.

  • unstructured interview - often contain open-ended questions and discussions

In the light of the obtained findings, the following recommendations are formulated:

1. We would like to recommend a financial literacy program to teach beneficiaries on how to utilize the money efficiently and effective.

2. We recommend a closed monitoring and evaluation of beneficiaries on how they are following the rules and regulation of this program, also on how they utilize the financial assistance.

3. The implementers of this program can visit recipients in their school to be updated on class performance.

Based on the findings of this study, the following conclusions are drawn.

1. Most of the 4Ps recipients are unemployed parents and have 5 and above number of children.

2. The beneficiaries of program clearly understand the goal of the 4Ps and they really appreciated the benefits of the program. However, based on them, their child's daily allowance is not sufficient and they are also said that there is no improvement in their family's living when they are started to be a member of 4Ps.
