Though the site is a meeting/marketing facility, the general atmosphere should be welcoming and professional for the business groups that operate in this facility.
For example, a business may choose to operate in this facility for the purposes of having business meetings or business presentations. It is important for the space to properly accommodate these functions with the proper atmosphere.
I kept all of this in mind when space planning and when coming up with a design concept for this project.
