They faced many bad storms like rain storms the rain was very was very bad because it got everything wet even the food! It also killed animals and people! There was many other storms they came across that left tons of damage!
There is still good things...
Although the Oregon Trail had may bad things about it there were good things like when they got there tons of land gold it would be beautify. I think it would probably be worth the long trip.

Sicknesses are very horrible and spread fast. Some bad sicknesses were smallpoxs and cholera. Back then there wasn't good ways to cure the sicknesses and many past away.
Native Americans were there least problems but some times they were mean and attacked! They were also good though they trade with them and sometimes showed them the way.
