Tennis injuries

The few injury that I have had are not all that serous but they always fell like they are the most painful to experience. Some of the few are not always what happens to everyday people like when my trustworthy friend hit me in the head with a racket and this was not the most pain full thing to happen but it is not much fun either. This wasn't the funnest thing at the time but over time it grew into one of the funnest thing to happen to me.

High Ankle Sprain

R.I.C.E.R

Nick Kyrgios' coach Todd Larkham insists the star Canberra teenager will be fit and firing for the Australian Open, despite his late withdrawal from next week's Hopman Cup through injury. The world No.52 player, strained a muscle in his back training in Melbourne.

Hamstring Strain

Pain felt above the ankle that increases with outward rotation of the foot. Pain with walking and often significant bruising and swelling across the higher ankle.

the most common is R.I.C.E.R. The first R is for rest and this reduces further damage. The I is for ice which stops swelling and bruising. The C is for compression and will also stop internal bleeding. The E is for elevation and that can help stop the interval bleeding. the last R is for referral and this is given by your local GP or docker.

A hamstring strain is a common leg injury involving a tear, the lack of “stiffness” and unconventional strength in the hamstring muscles during the ground contact phase of running
