My mom and dad met eachother in Kelowna. My dad had a lack of work and started going out of town for work.it began to get too much so we decided to move the family up to Fort Mac to make a living. My parents have me as a child and my younger brother Hayden. Our family was pushed out of Kelowna becasue of a lack of jobs and pulled to Fort mac because there is so many jobs.
I have 3 aunts on my moms side. The oldest is Laurie and she has a son with her husband Jody named Dylan. Sarah is the next oldest and has 3 kids: Brody, Drake, and Travis with her husband Mike. My mom is next in the line of sisters then my aunt Chelsea who has a daughter Madison and a son Trayton with her husband Galen.
On my moms side of the family I have a grandma named Nona. She lived in Quesnel when she was little. She moved to Kelowna when she was old enough to start a good life for herself in a beautiful place. She now lives in Vernon which is just out of Kelowna. She moved to Vernon so she could be closer to the army camp where she works. She was pulled to Vernon for her job. I know nothing about my moms dad because he died when she was 6.
My dad has 2 brothers. The oldest one named Larry and the youngest being Kyle. Larry still lives in Kelowna with his Wife Rachelle and his 2 kids Logan and Lydia. Larry is a fireman. Kyle moved to Calgary to help support my great grandparents when my great grandpa was passing away. Kyle lives with his girlfriend Holly and her son Josh.
My grandparents on my father's side both live in Kelowna BC now. My grandpa Larry moved here with his parents when he was around 17 years old and is now 63. I couldn't find anything on where Wendy came from. My grandpa used to coach the WHL team the Kelowna Rockets and is actually in Canada's Hockey Hall of Fame for that. He still coaches my cousins.
My great grandparents on my dad's used to live in Ontario. They had their three kids there but i do not know their names other than my Grandpa Larry. I can't find any information on their jobs at the time. They were poor and pushed out of Ontario to Kelowna for job opportunities and the good of their children. It was a push factor from Ontario and a pull to Kelowna.
