Red Panda and Giant Panda Food Chain

Aden Faris

Bacteria

Bacteria is a decomposer, and its job is to decompose the top of the food chain when they die. What bacteria does is it decomposes dead animals and releases the CO2 back into the air to start the carbon cycle again.

Snow Leopard

Yellow-throat Martens

Yellow-throat Martens are secondary consumers therefore they eat primary consumers. Secondary consumers get there energy from eating primary consumers making them carnivorous or omnivores. They get only 1% of the energy that producers get, the rest of the energy is lost by heat. Secondary consumers get their CO2 from eating primary consumers.

Snow leopards are secondary consumers therefore they eat primary consumers. Secondary consumers get there energy from eating primary consumers making them carnivorous or omnivores. They get only 1% of the energy that producers get, the rest of the energy is lost by heat. Secondary consumers get their CO2 from eating primary consumers.

Red Pandas

Giant Pandas

Red pandas are primary consumers therefore they eat producers. When red pandas eat the plants they get the energy and CO2 they need. They get the CO2 from the sugar the plants produce. The red pandas only get 10% of what the plants get from the sun, the rest of the energy is lost by heat.

Giant pandas are primary consumers therefore they eat producers. When giant pandas eat the plants they get the energy and CO2 they need. They get the CO2 from the sugar the plants produce. The giant pandas only get 10% of what the plants get from the sun, the rest is lost by heat.

Berries

Leaves

Bamboo

Leaves are producers, and uses the energy from sun and the CO2 from the air to survive. The producers get 100% of the energy and photosynthesizes the CO2 into sugar (C12H22O11) for the herbivores/primary consumers.

Berries are producers, therefore uses the energy from sun and the CO2 from the air. The producers get 100% of the energy and photosynthesizes the CO2 into sugar (C12H22O11) for the herbivores/primary consumers.

Bamboo is a producer, therefore uses the energy from sun and the CO2 from the air. The producers get 100% of the energy and photosynthesizes the CO2 into sugar (C12H22O11) for the herbivores/primary consumers.

Sun

The sun is where the food chain starts by giving energy to the plants, and giving the plants 100% of the energy.
