Present a career profile and skill highlights
Present supporting evidence, history and experience
Use specific examples
What do you bring to the position; the team; the organization? I should be able
to picture it!
Don’t just list what you did, list HOW you did it and the positive result
Why was the team or work different because you were there?
Provide tangible examples and evidence (#, $, increase, decrease, special recognition, etc)
