It is my responsibility to continually grow as an educator and as a professional. It is also my responsibility to support my students in their learning and growing process. This includes, but is not limited to, extra tutoring, attending extra-curricular activities, sponsoring student organizations, fund raising, attending professional development, and becoming involved with the community.
Reflection
Reflection should be a daily habit. It should be happening before, during, and after lessons. It should help me plan ahead for the future and determine what material needs to be revisited.
