Be ready at all times and tell people what they need to do.

Tell them when they are wrong.

Encourage them with great patience and careful teaching.

Don't ever take your Leaders for granted!

Ephesians 4:11

And Christ gave gifts to people- He made some to be apostles, some to be prophets, some to go and tell the Good News and some to have the work of caring for and teaching God's people.

One changed life at a time that's why we do this!

Openness is to wholeness

as secrets are to sickness.

- Encourage your prospective Leaders to complete a step-study group & consider Leadership

- Equip them by taking them through

new Leaders training and monthly Leader's meetings/trainings.

-Empower your Leaders by giving them clearly defined roles and responsibilities.

Do things in such a way that everyone can see you are honest clear through.
