You then need to identify HOW you are going to up-skill yourself in order to secure a position in this area

Some routes will require a degree - what will you need to do to get accepted onto such a degree? Are you predicted these grades? or will you need tuition?
Some positions can be secured through an apprenticeship - how do you secure one? What is the pay like? Is there a guarantee of a job?

Geographical influences - WHERE are the jobs?
Other additional information - Gender split of jobs?
