In the experiment, we had three different gruoups; experimental group 1, experimental group 2, and the control group. We had experimental group 1 exercise for 30 seconds and then squeeze the clothespin for a minute, we had exerimental group 2 exercise for 1 minute and then squeeze the clothespin for a minute, and we had the control group squeeze the clothespin for a minute without exercising. Each group performed three trials.
