-marketing/ticket sales = 12 weeks prior to opening
-production team & actors contracted = 12 weeks prior to opening
-design/pre-production process = 10 weeks prior to opening
-build/production = 6 weeks prior to opening
-rehearsal = 4 weeks
-tech = 1 week
-run of show = 6 weeks
