  • Prompt #2 - "A pattern to conform to is a kind of shelter" The 6th amendment applies in the same way for all that are being prosecuted, it does not change.

In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a public and speedy trial, by an impartial jury of the state and district wherin the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and confronted with the witnesses against him;to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the Assistance of Counsel for his defense.
