If you're eating the right food and keeping fit, your body will be strong and help you with stress and also fight illness. when you are Eating well and exercising often when you're a teenager will also help you stay in good health. Getting a lot of sleep is another really important way to stay healthy.

People eat healthy foods because they are important sources of mineral compounds and nutrients required for a healthy body, it will make your body healthy and keep your heart beating, it will keep your muscles working. Nutrients also strengthen bone.
