Characters

Woody in the story contributed to the theme in the movie by being so loyal to Andy & he was determined to get back to him which set up the rest of the movie getting back to Andy, but he realized he and the other toys would be better use to bonnie

Woody-Actions: his actions of coming back to save the toys and help them escape the day care

Speech: "We belong to Andy!" he is loyal to Andy

Lotso contributed to building the theme by being the villain of the story and challenging the toys by not letting them leave the day care

Buzz Light year-Actions: he saves Jessie when something is about to fall on her but he stops it from hitting her, he is showing heroism

Falling Action

I believe the theme of this movie is, it is hard letting go sometimes but you have to look on the bright side of things

Climax

  • Woody and the gang fall into a dumpster because of Lotso and the garbage truck picks them up and takes them to the dump
  • they are at the dump and they are on a ramp that i staking them to the disintegrating machine
  • the aliens save them by using a crane like it was a toy machine picking out a stuffed animal with a claw
  • Woody spots out the trash man that works in Andy's neighborhood and hitches a ride with him in the truck back to the house with the rest of the toys
  • Andy finds the toys back in his room

The climax of this movie happens when the toys make it out of Sunnyside Day care. that's what they were planning for weeks.

Resolution

The resolution of this story is that Andy realizes the attic isn't the best place for the toys, so he gives them to Bonnie so she will take care of them and play with them.

Rising Action

  • Woody and the toys are making a plan to escape the day care
  • Big baby and Lotso have guards on duty to keep the toys from leaving

Exposition

  • Characters: Buzz Light Year, Woody, Mr. & Mrs. Potato head, Jessie, Slinky Dog, Hamm, Bulls Eye and Rex

Background information: Andy is leaving to college & taking woody with him but not the rest of the toys, but they trash bag they were in and jump into a box of donation to sunnyside day care.They are welcomed there
