With over 40 years of experience, Citron Hygiene (Citron) is a leading provider of washroom hygiene, pest control, chemical, industrial washing and life safety services for commercial facilities. The design and delivery of Citron’s services and products reflects their deep understanding of commercial facilities, their focus on creating successful customers, and their respect for the environment.

PURPOSE This position is to effectively design, develop, implement, operate and manage the technology, computing and information systems of Citron Hygiene. In this role you will initially manage an annual operating budget worth over $1,000,000 and capital expenditure projects worth over $500 000.

RESPONSIBILITIES Develop a core short and long-term Technology roadmap for Citron Hygiene aligned with the Business Objectives and Corporate plan. Lead the delivery of key programs / initiatives of the Citron Hygiene Technology roadmap. Oversee the implementation of system enhancements in support of business needs to drive automation and efficiency. Assess existing technology (capacity, performance, currency, fit/gap versus business needs) and recommend and plan overhaul and replacement Select and manage Technology vendors and partners. Support the boarding of new customers and / or new business and the commercialization of new services. Maintain and update technology platforms and enforce security standards Consult the business on all aspects of their technology and computing needs Manage Technology team performance, resources, structure and retain and motivate team members Manage and control Technology spend and identify opportunities for cost efficiencies Develop and manage the department’s annual business plans in support of the annual, mid and long-term business plans Support in the management of the Business Continuity Management Plan REQUIREMENTS Experience with the development / implementation / integration of applications such as Voice over Internet Protocol (VOIP), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Fleet Tracking (GPS), Supply Chain software and e-commerce or similar platforms Strong leadership/ people management experience Systems integration experience Knowledge of field scheduling and resource management platforms an asset Knowledge of project delivery in supply chain or field services industry an asset Strong financial understanding and familiarity with budgetary planning and cost reporting Experienced and comfortable presenting to senior level executives Demonstrated ability to handle complex relationship/partner issues Team builder and team player who is motivated by shared achievements Strong business acumen with analytical ability to assess the business and drive the organization forward
