10 amendments and Preamble

• This is mainly about what we learn so far which is limited and unlimited government,democratic government,and government systems on China, India, Germany, Russia, and Ancient Greece. Unlimited and Limited government are a government in which the leaders have almost absolute power(unlimited) and a government in which the powers of leaders are limited.Now Democratic government. Democratic government is the government by the people,exercise either directly through elected representatives. The government systems of Germany are Oligarchy Russia is head of government. China is Oligarchy. India is Democratic, and Ancient Greece is Oligarchy, and these are the governments.

1) Less Homework- we need less homework because so we could have more time to do our projects because with the hw we get stressed out with all the work

2)Freedom of choice-let us vote or choose something that can happen or change something

3)Freedom of voice-let us speak up in what we believe in ;for example let us have our shirts tuck out,no belts, and let us wear what ever sweater we want!

4) Sit where ever we want- we need to sit where ever want because we have other friends in different classes and we want to talk to them and have a good time because after lunch we go back to work which is no fun at all

5)Right to speak- We also have a voice and sometimes we don't like the rules that we have at Hardin Intermediate, therefore they need to be change so that we may feel like we are being heard and understood

6)Let us use the lockers-so we can put our heavy stuff in it and our backpacks can feel lighter.

7)Let us wear what ever we want-If we are wearing uniforms let us put on non-dress code sweaters and have un tuck shirts and no belts.

8)Have snacks during class-we really don't like the food the cafeteria has and we get hungry but we have to wait till school is over to eat,So we need to eat during class so we won't starve.

Reasons for new government system

1) The government we have is oligarchy government which means ruled by few like Ms.Cross,Mrs.Thompson, and Ms.Lee. Also the rulers can do anything. So I think we need to change that to Democracy, which means students elect president of student council to make decisions for them, because us students need some right and freedom too!

2) We students need rights! Adults don't have all the power, we come to school to learn to be leaders so, leaders have power and we are the future leaders! Let us have some FREEDOM!

3)We the students need to feel comfortable in school were we are sent off to learn and feel safe, but the government NEEDS to focus on the students concerns and not strict rules and let the students choose its owns Democracy.

Reasons for Limiting Government

• The main reasons for unlimited government is to take control of its citizens and enforce its rules.
• Unfortunately to strike fear on its citizens
• To minimize as much as possible freedom of speach

How Government is Organized

Germany- The orders, the trial, and appeal courts while the federal courts are court of the resort.

Russia- Russia's president is head state and the prime minister is the head of government.

China- Cases, decisions, and laws that are not explicit decides to local government dictated by the state.

Ancient Greece- Greece had city state government.

India- India is multiparty democracy like the U.K. it has a parliamentary system government
