The Five Phases of Renovation
Todate, the Renovation of this project is on its engineering and design phase. The following pictures on this Power Point Presentation may not yet depict the completed structures. However, we will continually replace these pictures as final drawings are available.
As much as possible we will save existing trees. Old tress along Mabini, Gutierrez, and Gen Luna Streets will be saved. Pine trees inside the Auditorium will be saved as well. Other trees which do not blend with the current design will be cut down to make room for new construction.
If design allows us, we will include "Handicap Access" on all new and renovated structures.
