E.Coli: A bacterium (Escherichia coli) commonly found in the intestines of humans and other animals, where it usually causes no harm. Some strains can cause severe food poisoning
it can take 10 hours to 8 days for the
symptoms to set in
Symptoms:Severe stomach cramps, Diarrhea;watery at first, but often becoming very bloody, nausea and vomiting
This illness can last up to
8 weeks, but the average
amount of time it lasts
varies depending on the
patient.

bacteria are; certain kinds of
beef and hamburgers and
sometimes rotten spinich
To avoid this disease
you can wash your hands
vigorously and do not eat raw meat
or lick your fnigers after touching raw meat
