The battle of Dieppe was a very hard battle,
and they had to take over the beach. The only way they could help out Russia wile they were all alone. The out come was that we got the beach but there were 5,000 canadian casualties. The Canadians were just fighting the Germans but it was a tough battle and right when they stepped out of the boat they were getting shot at by a machine gun. The Canadians had to jump over the side of the boat to get out.
The treaty of Versailles weakened the germans, and humiliated them . The Canadians took all of there resources.
