Possible Polices

Volunteer Programs

They could try not only to teach their leaders to respect other cultures but try to reduce the impact they have on the community. They could lessen the group size that way they lessen the affect they have on local communities. This would be still a cheap but more effective way to try and not only the affects to the destinations, but could also reduce the carbon footprint left behind.

• They have taken information from online surveys, Facebook feedback and a sponsored travel blog to address changing trends. They are now focusing their brochure marketing to interest and budget travel styles such as comfort, active, 18-30 year olds, etc. instead of by destination.

• They sponsor tree planting, flower gardens and more green space in local communities.

• They hosts Clean Air Commute events in Toronto and have 100% staff participation.

• They host Christmas events for low-income families in Toronto.
