What are the rules of this diet / What food are allowed

the diet rules is that it is 8 days and you can only eat one food for two days between days 1-2 you can only eat apples between days 3-4 you can only eat cheese between days 5-6 you can only eat

chicken between days 7-8 you can only eat salad. You are allowed unlimited amount of tea and coffee.

Is there a cost of membership/how do you get involved

is it a fad diet/ advertisements

There is no membership you just t simply buy the groceries that you need

A fad diet is a weight loss plan that helps or has a dramatic result.

The israeli army diet is a fad diet because you can loses up to 10 pounds in only 8 days. I could not find any positive advertisements i could just find a lady saying how stupid this diet is. :(

Is this a healthy way to loose weight/ what do the experts say

The Pros of this diet are very limited the only pro is that it is a fast way to loose weight

Cons of this diet is

  • It only has short term weight loss
  • you can feel dizzy, tried, and lightheaded
  • It is hard to stick to this diet because the lack of nutrients

The israeli army diet is not healthy because you aren't getting enough nutrients or calories and that's why you loose weight so fast.

Any doctor would tell you not to do this diet it can lead to long term problems and it is not feeding your body probably. In the end it is not worth it because you will gain the weight back as soon as you stop doing the diet.

The israeli army diet claims to loose 10 pound in only eight days because of the lack of calories.

This diet was popular in the late 1970s to early 1980s. Now that we have more programs for healthy weight loss it is not so popular

is this diet easy to follow/ is your body deprived of any major nutrients.

This diet is not easy to follow because there isn't much variety and the lack of nutrients and protein. In the Israel army there is a major lack of protein during days 1-2 and 7-8, days 3-4.
