That bag usually made from dates leaves.
First, they going to choose what they will put in Shwa'a (TANOR)
While that time, they already started to make a big fire into hole. They must wait until woods become hot charcoal.
Finally , in third day of Eid they will open the fire hole and take meat's bags out.
Every family should know thier bags.
Then they going to put all meat's bags into the hole of fire and cove it.
