Working Conditions
Horse trainers most often work at private barns, but some trainers run their own stables.Horse trainers work outside most of the time unless they have something indoor like arenas. They work long hours and on most weekends. Some horse trainers travel across the country to see the horses that they trained compete in national events.Horse trainers must be in good shape because not only do they ride the horses they walk and run beside the horse they are working with. Animals are unpredictable the trainers have a risk of injury for this job by getting kicked by a horse or thrown off while you are riding.
