how to work better with me (green/blue)

  • if you think im going too slow, don't be afraid to tell me to speed it up a bit! it will benefit us both!
  • also tell me if i should be more open in certain situations

the relating thinker

  • i can help you make sure everything is near perfection and am for sure reliable with anything needed.

approach task and change cautiously. a private person who prefers a limited number of predictable, low-key, stable relationships.

tendencies:

very reliable, will get the job done right, right away. very detail oriented and doesn't like ambiguity, changes, and surprises. prefer not to be given too many jobs at the same time. likes to think things through and have a good understanding before making a final decision

  • i like checklists that include schedules
  • prefer familiar relationships and tasks
  • dislike change, especially unpredictable
  • like as much detail as possible and enjoy doing things by the book
  • naturally organized, but can be considered slow by others

limiters:

  • with tasks: need to increase my pace of work. might be slower than others and tend to be a perfectionist. i need to not be so afraid to include others.
  • with people: would benefit from expanding my horizons and learn to deal with people who do not think the same as i do. reaching outwards instead of inwards, would help me develop the feeling of confidence.

how is this going to be helpful?

  • if i'm also working too slow or seem to not be giving my best effort, make sure to tell me so i can boost the speed and quality of whatever i am doing.
  • try to calm me down if i get impatient of frustrated quickly. and dont take what i say to heart when i am, i probably dont mean it at the time.
  • if i seem to be trying to conquer a task too ambitious, or under ambitious, encourae me to change what im choosing so i can benefit better out of it without stressing myself or not showing off my skill enough.

  • i can contribute great information to anything. with my amazing memory i can practically remember anything you need me to!

knowing someone's e-colour, and the traits and limitations that come with it, can really benefit you because you know where the person is strong, and how to work with them to advance with those traits and where the person is a little weaker and how to improve and work with them to make sure you both accelerate.

  • like to achieve results with a flare
  • winning to me is an all-or-nothing proposition
  • will work harder when bigger risks or rewards are at stake
  • i prefer to share work and goals with others
  • i get concerned about looking bad and want things done the best way

people-oriented thinker with high expectations from myself and others. with tendency to want to 'fix people' (unlike green/reds who like to 'fix things'. tend to show balance between thinking and feeling and can be analytical because of this. also have photographic memory

limiters:

  • with tasks: tend to underestimate the time and effort required by myself and others to accomplish tasks. i should pace myself better. also need to be more selective about the tasks i take on and work better when i have a priority list in front of me
  • with people: tend to be impatient, especially if stressed. i may regret later what i said or did when mad.
