  • It is where the white-house is located.
  • on December 1st,1955 the city had a boycott on buses.

General Sherman of the Union led the Union to a major victory by burning the city to the ground along with the Confed's supplies during the civil war.

  • George Washington requested that the white house be buildt in Washington,DC.
  • It is mainly where M.L.K focused his ''war'' on discrimination.
  • The attack on pearl harbor was America's entrance into World War II,because Japan bombed Pearl harbor,which was a significant U.S. naval base in Hawaii.

It was the ''birth-place'' of flight,meaning it was where the first flight took place.It is located in North Carolina.

Gettysburg,pa

It hosted the battle of Gettysburg which was one of the deadliest battles of the civil war.Lincoln gave the Gettysburg Address here as well.

  • It has no outlet so it is very salty.
  • It is the biggest salt-water lake in the western hemisphere.
  • It is also a very big tourist attraction.
