In India, people celebrate by setting out clay oil lamps called "Diva" or some call it "Diya," hanging lights, enjoying fireworks displays,feasting with family's, giving gifts and playing light- heart gambling games. And at the end of Diwali it is represented the beginning of an fanancial year. And what that means is when you pray for you to get more money in your house.

Today we are going to talk about the festival Diwali. In this presentation we will tell you all about; How we what Diwali is, Why is it important, How People in India celebrate, How it is Created, How me and Simran celebrated are Diwali, And what we did different.

Diwali was created when Guru Har Govind Singh Ji was released from captivity from a mogal emperor. Once he was released he went to the golden temple to pray. People lit up light to celebrate Guru ji's homecoming.
