Divide the group up so that everyone had their own robot to work on
If someone finished their robot early, help someone else in the group who is not done yet

Vex robot cleared the path
Red Robot competed its task but mostly because it was lucky
Vex IQ was slow but worked perfectly
spend more time fine tuning to get the timing and tasks perfect
Test the robots in sequence to ensure cooperation
Test in a variety of different situations to ensure that the object built will always work no matter the conditions
Even when working separately it is important to communicate with other team members
